Gitana del Mar Beach Resort on the Caribbean coast of Colombia!

We will dive deep below the layers of our being to cleanse our Chakra System (wheels of energy located in our spine), asana (physical postures), meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and an introduction to Yoga Nidra on our beach front yoga shala.
The purpose of this retreat is to revive our creative fire and explore with different practices how to provide you with the tools to develop your own personal practice for self-realization. All levels are welcome and no previous experience necessary.

Included in your stay:
- 6 days and 5 nights at the Gitana Del Mar Beach Resort
- 2 Yoga classes a day (morning & evening)
- 3 Organic, farm-fresh meals a day (vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options available)
- 1 Thai or deep tissue massage
- Daily Yoga workshops, jungle adventures and excursions of your liking to explore on your own or with the group!

Daily excursions and jungle adventures to National Parks, Waterfalls and River Tubing are offered along with the option to explore individually. Our retreat will conclude with a Full Moon Ceremony celebration on the beach.
