RETURN POLICY:

AVAILABLE RETURNS:

Returns are available for all full-priced or sale item(s) purchased from Bliss Bandits. (EXCLUDING item(s) marked FINAL SALE or item(s) part of an INTERNATIONAL O;:RDER and were shipped outside the U.S.)

ACCEPTED RETURNS:

Return Request is submitted to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and Requested item(s) returned to us remain in their original condition - specifically - new, clean, unwashed, and unworn. Item(s) must also include their original hang tags or sanitary labels.

EXCHANGES:

Please also include EXCHANGE REQUEST into the Notes section.

For exchanges only we provide you with a prepaid shipping label sent via email, as long as your Exchange request was submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

     RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITY:
    Bliss Bandits reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

     

    HOW OUR RETURNS WORK:

    SUBMIT A REQUEST: 

    • Use our new Return Portal to start a fast and easy return or exchange process. 

     

    ITEM INSPECTION:

    After you ship the item back to us, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we received your returned item. After arrival, all returned items are inspected thoroughly by our support staff.  We will also notify you following the inspection regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Any items that do not fit the condition of the above criteria, or that have been shipped back untimely, or without the correct order information are subject for review and the refund request may be denied.
    • Please ensure that your return request includes the correct information and that you provide us with the correct tracking information so we can confirm that we received your return item.

     

     We hope this policy will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We are also happy to assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.

    We stand behind our products and we want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers, and we promise to always handle all requests or situation fairly and responsibly.  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days from the orginal shipment date.Please email us at orders@blissbandits.com so we can make this right for you.

     

     

    EXCHANGES:

    • For exchange requests ONLY Bliss Bandits offers free Return Postage for you to easily ship the item back to us. After your request is approved, we will ship out your item's replacement, and email you return instructions and a prepaid label for you to print and return to us.
    If your requested exchange item is unavailable (for example Color or Size) or for any reason we cannot provide you with an exchange we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or store credit via E-Gift Card.




    SHIPPED AN INCORRECT SIZE OR ITEM: 

    We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers - and deal with all situations fairly and responsibly.

    If you were shipped the wrong order, item, size, or if you received a faulty item please include your order number, and photos of the damaged or faulty merchandise/proof of fault for the incorrect item.

    We will then reach out to promptly regarding correcting the order, and we will also email and issue a return label for you to return the incorrect item back to us.
    Please include tracking receipt or proof of return in your email or in your communication with us so we can confirm that we have received the wrong or faulty item back. 
     

    FINAL SALE ITEMS: 

    If an item is marked as Final Sale, it cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any final sale items which are returned to us will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. 
     

    RETURN FAQ'S:

    I REQUESTED A RETURN, BUT IT'S BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE?

    If 30 days past the original date of purchase or if your item was marked as FINAL SALE, We can only offer store credit for these returns.  

    WHAT IF I DON'T WANT STORE CREDIT?

    WE WILL NO LONGER WILL ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT for any return requests submitted past 30 days from the original purchase date, all International orders shipped outside the U.S, and for any items marked as FINAL SALE.
     
    We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope this policy will encourage you to take your time in selecting items for purchase. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling.
     
    HOW LONG IS MY STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?

    Bliss Bandits Store Credit never expires. We are also happy to help answer any questions, and we hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

    WILL I BE ISSUED A REFUND FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

    The cost of return shipping (not including exchanges) is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    HOW DO I SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO YOU?

    After your Return request has been approved, you will receive an email with  shipping instructions and our return address. 

    After you ship the item back to us, please promptly email us at orders@blissbandits.com with shipment receipt + tracking confirmation no later than three business days following the postmarked return so we can confirm that item has been received by us.

    We recommend returning items through traceable mail, for example USPS Priority Mail. *Any mishandled or missing items that are not received or marked as untraceable will also not be issued a refund.*
    We also recommend that customers ask the delivery carrier for proof of postage at the time of shipment for all returned items. 
     
    CAN I RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
    We apologize, all International orders shipped outside the U.S. are all FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return.
     
    WHEN AM I ISSUED A REFUND?
    Once Bliss Bandits has received your returned package, and the item has been accepted and approved for return, Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the return for your refund to be processed to and for the credit to post into your account. All Refunds will be issued to the original payment credit card, PayPal, or AfterPay account. 

    Please note that all goods are your responsibility until they are returned and received to Bliss Bandits. Bliss Bandits will not issue refunds for any items that have not been received or are lost in transit.
